11.1 Out of Home Care

BadgerCare Plus Benefits are available for all youths placed in:

1. Foster Care (either IV-E or non IV-E)

2. Subsidized guardianship

3. Court ordered Kinship Care

An eligibility determination for these groups is not the responsibility of the IM agency.
