Welcome to the Electronic Case File (ECF) Handbook.

This handbook is intended for Income In the ECF, Income is a case subfolder. Documents in this sub-folder relate to both employment income and unearned income. This will include self-employment statements, check stubs, and other forms of verification. Maintenance, W-2, or Child Care workers who scan documents for CARES case files or view the scanned images in the Electronic Case File.
